Weekly property sales roundup for Southeast Houston, week ending Nov. 11

There were five property sales in Southeast Houston for the week ending Sunday, Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 8006 Arletta St. Lincoln Hendricks sold the home to Brandon D. Hendricks and Corey J. Hendricks on Wednesday, Nov. 7. The 2,101-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 1965 and is located in the Glenbrook Valley subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 11422 Sugarbush Ridge Lane to Gilbert H. Camarillo and Rebecca C. Camarillo and the sale of 10339 Clay Brook Drive to Sang Pham.

Sales volume was 44.4 percent lower than the previous week and 44.4 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Southeast Houston has averaged five sales per week during the last 12 months.
