Weekly property sales roundup for Texas City, week ending Nov. 11

There were nine property sales in Texas City for the week ending Sunday, Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1821 Third Ave. North. Nathan Alexander Domier and Jennifer Lynn Domier sold the home to Kevin Jacob Schwamb and Kimberlynne Schwamb on Wednesday, Nov. 7. The 1,113-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Wayside Place subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 3205 Raymond Court to Teresa Boulet Syes and the sale of 1107 First Ave. North to Isidoro Fernandez.
