Weekly home sales roundup for League City, week ending Nov. 11

There were 23 home sales in League City for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2314 Fairway Pointe Drive. John R. Sherriff Jr. sold the home to Charles L. Burns and Faith Burns on Friday, 9. The 2,742-square-foot, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 1999 and is located in the South Shore Harbour subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 2823 Mt. Toscano to Shawn Gebauer and Lynn M. Hacic and the sale of 2314 Fairway Pointe Drive to Faye Elaine Hansen.
