Texas City graduate Dixon contributes $20K to support Elementary Teacher of Year cash award
Texas City High School 1962 graduate Dan R. Dixon contributed $20,000 to support the Elementary Teacher of the Year cash award according to a release from the Texas City ISD Foundation for the Future.
Texas City High School 1962 graduate Dan R. Dixon contributed $20,000 to support the Elementary Teacher of the Year cash award according to a release from the Texas City ISD Foundation for the Future.
According to the release, "Dixon previously established the Excellence in Teaching fund in 2002 to support the heroic dedication and commitment of Texas High School teachers by supporting the Secondary Teacher of the Year cash award."
