Clear Brook grad Redmon plays in Bethune-Cookman loss
Clear Brook High School graduate Kiara Redmon scored 10 points but Bethune-Cookman University lost 66-52 to Stetson Monday, Nov. 20 at Edmunds Center in Deland, according to Bethune-Cookman's website.
Redmon also recorded three rebounds and a steal for Bethune-Cookman, which is 2-2 on the season.
Bethune-Cookman's next game is at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23 at home against Ball State.
Redmon, a 5-foot-9 junior guard for Bethune-Cookman, is a 2010 graduate of Clear Brook High School. She earned all-district honors in her junior and senior years. She is the daughter of George and Shari Redmon and is a biology major.
