CCISD earns top honors
Clear Creek Independent School District has been selected as one of the Houston Chronicle's Top Workplaces, ranking 23rd among large employers.
Top workplaces are determined entirely by employee feedback, with a survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
Home to 39,600 students and 5,000 employees, Clear Creek ISD has 44 schools located in 13 municipalities and two counties.
According to district release, Clear Creek ISD Superintendent Dr. Greg Smith stated, "We believe the measure of success of any community is dependent on the success of its children. We strive to create an outstanding workplace environment in order to recruit and retain the best employees possible. Another reason CCISD is a great place to work and learn is that we have great community support."
"Being selected as a Top Workplace in the Houston-Bay Area is an honor," Smith added. "It reflects the best of a district that works valiantly every day to ensure our employees and our students have what they need to succeed."
