Clear Brook grad Redmon helps Bethune-Cookman victory
Clear Brook High School graduate Kiara Redmon played for Bethune-Cookman University in its 71-61 win at home against Florida Atlantic University Friday, Nov. 16 at Moore Gymnasium in Daytona Beach, according to the school's website.
Redmon recorded two rebounds and two steals for Bethune-Cookman, which improved to 2-1 on the season.
Bethune-Cookman University's next game is at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20 on the road against Stetson.
Redmon, a 5-foot-9 junior guard for Bethune-Cookman, is a 2010 graduate of Clear Brook. She earned all-district honors her junior and senior years. She is the daughter of George and Shari Redmon and is a biology major.
