Clear Brook grad Campbell contributes to McMurry victory
Clear Brook High School graduate Chris Campbell scored 15 points in McMurry University's 75-47 win over Sul Ross State University Friday, Nov. 16 at Moody Coliseum in Abilene, according to McMurry University's website.
The McMurry freshman also recorded three rebounds and four steals for the Warhawks, who improved to 3-0 on the season.
McMurry also played Saturday, Nov. 17 against York College.
Campbell is a redshirt basketball player for McMurry University. He is a 2012 graduate of Clear Brook High School, where he was a three-year letter winner for the Wolverines. He averaged 12 points and 4 rebounds per game. The computer science major is from Friendswood and is the son of Lawton and Gail Campbell.
