Clear Lake grad Sutherland contributes to U.S. Coast Guard Academy victory
Clear Lake High School graduate Victoria Sutherland contributed 14 points in U.S. Coast Guard Academy's 76-36 home win against Mitchell on Thursday, Nov. 15 at CGA in New London, Conn., according to U.S. Coast Guard Academy's website.
The U.S. Coast Guard Academy freshman guard also recorded 13 rebounds and two steals for U.S. Coast Guard Academy, who improved to 1-0 on the season.
U.S. Coast Guard Academy's next game is 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17 on the road against Johnson & Wales (RI).
Sutherland, a 5-foot-9 freshman guard for the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, graduated Clear Lake High School in 2012. She is a Houston native.
