Weekly home sales roundup for Friendswood, week ending Oct. 21
There were nine home sales in Friendswood for the week ending Oct. 21, according to www.Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 16814 Barcelona Drive. Fumiko Sharp and Richard Sharp sold the home to Barbara Sharp, Fumiko Sharp and Richard Sharp on Sunday, Oct. 21. The 1,418-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home was built in 1973 and is in the Forest Bend subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 3310 Mighty Buccaneer Drive to Daniel Castillo and the sale of 1313 Oak Hollow Drive to Randall C. Casey and Jan Casey.
The Heritage Park neighborhood had the most sales in the area with five.
Sales volume was 80.0 percent higher than the previous week and 28.5 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Friendswood has averaged 12 sales per week during the last 12 months.
