Ampersand mixes retro and unique
Ampersand is a store run by a mother-daughter team that features a variety of different types of goods, as well as local vendors’ creations.
Ampersand, opened by mother-daughter team Marlyse Henderson and Taylor Urban in March 2012, sits between a liquor store and a gas station on Sunset Drive across from a supermarket. With two very different tastes and styles, the store has become a little all-natural ‘70s bohemian mixed with modern, vibrant eclectic cheer. In addition to women’s apparel, candles and fashion jewelry, Ampersand has home decor, baby gifts, market coffees, organic gourmet salts and pure cane sugars.
