Football Preview: O'Connell faces Cypress Christian in tough test
The Cypress Christian Warriors will host the O'Connell Buccaneers of Galveston in a varsity football game at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9.
Cypress Christian is 2-6 (2-1 in conference play) on the season under coach Jacob Spenn, winning its last outing over The Woodlands Christian 28-12 at home Friday, Oct. 26.
Galveston O'Connell is 0-5 (0-2 in conference play) on the season, losing 56-0 on the road to The Woodlands Christian Friday, Oct. 19.
