One Friendswood runner completes Hot Chocolate 15K
One athlete from Friendswood completed the Hot Chocolate 15K on Nov. 4 in Chicago, Ill.
The runner was Gracie Flores, 45, who finished with a time of 1:35:12.
According to Hot Chocolate 15K organizers, a total of 16,457 finished the race, which was held at Grant Park.
Brandon Mull, of Wheaton, Ill., was the men's overall winner with a time of 47:46, while Alexandra Blake, of Louisville, Colo., was the winner in the women's category with a time of 56:11.
