Weekly sales roundup for Friendswood, week ending Oct. 14

There were six sales in Friendswood for the week ending Oct. 14, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2521 Garnetfield Lane. Larry Glenn Darcey sold the home to Heather Renee Graziadio Darcey on Sunday, Oct. 14. The 3,558-square-foot, 3-1/2-bath home was built in 2007 and is located at Stonecreek at West Ranch subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 605 Mary Ann Drive to Ronald Craig Williams, and the sale of 400 Gleneagles Drive to Michelle Foster.

The Heritage Park neighborhood had the most sales in the area with one.

Sales volume was 66.6 percent lower than the previous week and 60 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Friendswood has averaged 12 sales per week during the last 12 months.
