Burglars smashing glass sliding doors

Friendswood police are warning residents that two burglaries have been reported in the Sun Meadow neighborhood in the last three days.
One burglary occurred on Dorado, and the other burglary occurred on St. Cloud.
In both cases, the burglar smashed a glass sliding door in the back of the house. Both residences were ransacked, but only small items were taken.
The burglaries occurred between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Police suspect teens but warned residents should be vigilant, especially around Dorado, St. Cloud, St. Andrews.
