Harris County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Oct. 7-10

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Sunday, Oct. 7 to Wednesday, Oct. 10:

A Houston man is facing class C misdemeanor and class A misdemeanor charges of violating a promise to appear, expired inspection certificate and liquor consumed during prohibited hours after being arrested on Oct. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man resides in Orchard Farms. He was booked on Oct. 7.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance, violating a promise to appear, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance and speeding on Oct. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Oct. 7 and is facing state felony and class C misdemeanor charges. He resides in St. Cloud Drive.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams) and possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Oct. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man was booked at the Harris County Jail on Oct. 8 and is facing class A misdemeanor and class B misdemeanor charges. He resides in Kingspark Lane.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content more than .15, failure to possess identification, no liability insurance (second offense) and driving without a Texas operator's license, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The female lives in League City.

A Houston man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of theft between $50 and $500 after being arrested on Oct. 7, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man resides in El Dorado. He was booked on Oct. 8.

A Houston woman is facing a class A misdemeanor charge of assault causing bodily injury after being arrested on Oct. 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman resides in Algonquin. She was booked on Oct. 8.

A woman is facing a state felony charge of possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance after being arrested on Oct. 10, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 50, resides in Red Field. She was booked on Oct. 11.

A woman was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Oct. 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Oct. 8 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. She resides in North Walnut Street.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a felony charge of motion to revoke parole, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 38-year-old male lives in Seabrook.

A man was arrested and charged with theft between $1,500 and $20,000 on Oct. 9, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 29, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Oct. 9 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides in Floravista.

A man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) after being arrested on Oct. 9, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 24, resides in Plymonth Rock Drive. He was booked on Oct. 10.

A Seabrook woman was arrested and charged with violating a promise to appear, expired driver's license and speeding on Oct. 9, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. A woman was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams) and issuing a bad check on Oct. 9, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 28-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Oct. 10 and is facing class A misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges. She resides in South Heron.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with assault of a family member on Oct. 9, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 20, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Oct. 10 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. He resides in Buccaneer.

A man was arrested on a charge of fraudulent intent obtaining a controlled substance on Oct. 10, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 33-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Oct. 11 and is facing a third-degree felony charge. He resides in Walnut Pond Drive.

A man was arrested on a charge of theft under $1,500 (third offense) on Oct. 10, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 27-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Oct. 11 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides in East Nasa Road 1.

A League City man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content more than .15 on Oct. 10, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 30, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Oct. 10 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. He resides in Claiborne.
