Weekly sales roundup for Clear Lake, week ending Sept. 16

There were 21 sales in Clear Lake for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 15414 Rocky Oak Court. Sherrie L. McCrady sold the home to Amit Mehta on Sunday, Sept. 16. The 3,555-square-foot, four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home was built in 1998 and is located in the Bay Oaks subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 855 Prairie Brook Court to David and Nita Frazier and the sale of 15914 Larkfield Drive to Keliann M. and Michael J. Laconte.
