Weekly sales roundup for Dickinson, week ending Sept. 16

There were four sales in Dickinson for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 404 Serenity Drive. Lap Van Nguyen and Nhi Thi Le sold the home to Truong Xuan Le on Sunday, Sept. 16. The 2,823-square-foot, ten bath home was built in 2001 and is located in the Bayou Park subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 208 13th St. to Stanley M. Askey.

Sales volume was 100 percent higher than the previous week and 300 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Dickinson has averaged five sales per week during the last 12 months.
