Weekly sales roundup for Texas City, week ending Sept. 9

There were two sales in Texas City for the week ending Sept. 9, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 9006 Paseo Lobo St. Robert J. Paul and Sandra Paul sold the home to Alfred Charles Carpenter, Cynthia Carpenter, Tommy Lee Hamilton and Loretta Jean Hamilton on Sunday, Sept. 9. The 3,359-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Scottsdale Estates subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 7305 Teel Drive to Veronica Phyllis Collins and Clifford Cardell Collins.

Sales volume matched the previous week and was 60 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Texas City has averaged eight sales per week during the last 12 months.
