Liquid O heroin gains ground in Clear Lake
Ever heard of Liquid O? Maybe your teen has, but he might not know it's a liquefied version of black tar heroin.
The Houston Chronicle reported last year that the drug, a dark brown liquid usually carried in an eyedropper vial, is gaining popularity around Clear Lake, and the Galveston County Daily News provided an update over the weekend.
Why Clear Lake? The Daily News quotes Friendswood Police Chief Bob Wieners:
"We believe the Clear Lake area is being targeted because of its affluence."
