Clear Lake Realtor featured in Top Agent Magazine

Monica Foster of Clear Lake was recently featured in Top Agent Magazine.

Monica Foster, a RE/MAX broker associate in Clear Lake, was recently featured in the real estate publication Top Agent Magazine.

The periodical focuses on professionals who make an impact in their local markets, according to a press release.

Foster was featured due to her business growing at a rate of more than 800 percent in the last four years. She is now ranked as the 12th top producing RE/MAX agent in the greater Houston area.

Foster started her business from scratch in 2008 after relocating to Clear Lake from Dallas.

"I love what I do, helping others achieve their real estate goals," Foster said in the release. "I work to a higher standard of education and professionalism that translates to an extra level of service for my clients."

Foster has also been featured in Homes and Land magazine and received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award for career production.
