Harris County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Sept. 9-12

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Sept. 9 to Sept. 12:

A man is facing felony state felony charges of fugitive and possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance after being arrested on Sept. 9, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 26, resides in East Nasa Parkway. He was booked on Sept. 10.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class C misdemeanor charge of municipal charges only, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 40-year-old female lives in West Nasa Parkway.

A woman was arrested on a charge of municipal charges only on Sept. 9, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 44-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 10 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. She resides in Nasa Parkway.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a state felony charge of endangering a child, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 31-year-old female lives in Cobre Valley in Houston.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of expired driver's license, expired inspection certificate and failure to appear, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 34-year-old male lives in Sagegate in Houston.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 on Sept. 11, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 36-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 11 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Silver Pines.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with public intoxication on Sept. 11, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 24, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 11 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. He resides in Reseda.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance and driving without a Texas operator's license on Sept. 12, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 34, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 13 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. He resides in El Camino Real.

A Houston man is facing second-degree felony class B misdemeanor charges of aggravated assault of a family member and making a terroristic threat after being arrested on Sept. 12, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 20, resides in Garner Ln. He was booked on Sept. 12.
