EmergiCare has partners with the American Heart Association

EmergiCare, located in the heart of Clear Lake providing high quality medical care, is proud to announce that Dr. Stevan Gilmore has joined their medical staff.

"Dr. Stevan Gilmore has joined our medical staff on a part time basis," Louis Reyna IV of EmergiCare said. "Dr. Gilmore is a residency trained emergency physician and a Flight Surgeon with NASA. His deep experience will add to our outstanding patient care our physicians provide to the community."

The mission of EmergiCare is to provide the community with a convenient alternative to overcrowded hospitals by delivering fast, friendly, high-quality medical treatment in a comfortable neighborhood setting. EmergiCare is staffed and equipped to handle any life-threatening situation that would be treated at a hospital, from fever, sprains and minor injuries to heart attacks, fractures, and seizures.

In addition to experienced, qualified staff, the EmergiCare facility is equipped with its own in-house laboratory, X-ray, CT equipment, and pharmacy. EmergiCare has agreements with area hospitals, so when hospitalization is required, patient transports will be arranged. Its facilities, staff, and level of service allows EmergiCare to treat new patients quickly and efficiently.

EmergiCare is a state-licensed, freestanding medical care facility located in the Clear Lake City area of Houston, open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week. All physicians and nurses at EmergiCare have years of experience in critical procedures and medicine, and maintain skills in advanced cardiac life support and advanced pediatric life support. EmergiCare is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).
