Clear Lake senior goalkeeper and captain Christa Rostohar will continue her career at the next level after recently signing with the University of Louisiana-Lafayette.
The three-year letterman moved in goal from the midfield as a sophomore and has been a key factor in Lady Falcons' back-to-back trips to the UIL State Tournament.
Rostohar has garnered numerous honors from all-district to team defensive MVP, and she was named all-tournament at last year's state event.
She also competes in Premier League club soccer, was one of Clear Lake's top lacrosse players as a freshman and sophomore, has accumulated several academic awards, and served as a community volunteer helping the less fortunate through the Bay Area Assistant Leagues Assisteens program.
Rostohar is slated to be a midfielder-defender for the Ragin' Cajuns and plans to major in communications/computer graphic design.
