The Richland Companies recently announced the acquisition of the Bay Plaza Office Complex, located at 711 West Bay Area Blvd., in Clear Lake, for an undisclosed amount.

The Richland Companies recently announced the acquisition of the Bay Plaza Office Complex, located at 711 West Bay Area Blvd., in Clear Lake, for an undisclosed amount.

The location of the plaza in the heart of Webster, off I-45 between Houston and Galveston, allows close  proximity to Hobby and Bush International airports, NASA, Pasadena and the Houston Ship Channel.

The office building is 104,091 square-feet on 4.7 acres of property, with an additional .89 acres adjacent to it that is available for future development. The six-story complex was built in 1982 and renovated in 2009. It features an open atrium, glass-backed elevators and balconies on each floor, a conferencing facility, key-card access, maintained landscaping and on-site management.
