Yachty Gras Boat Parade: Lavishly decorated boats will cruise to the Kemah Boardwalk. 7 p.m. along the Clear Creek Channel.
Second Chance Pets garage sale: Proceeds go to the car of animals waiting to be adopted. 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1217 Mystic Village Lane in Seabrook.
Roaring Twenties Murder Mystery: It's a fundraiser for Preserved in Time, the group that wants to save the West Mansion on Clear Lake. 6:30 p.m. at the historic landmark home of Dick Wright in Morgan's Point.
All about roses: Tour Armand Bayou Nature Center's gardens and learn about Texas' native roses. It's part of the nature center's Second Saturday series. 10 a.m. to noon.
