Marionettes coming to League City library

By DELISHA FORD
Chronicle correspondent
Enjoy an evening of fun with puppeteer Jean Kuecher of Marionette Playhouse, as she tells the story of Rumpelstiltskin.
The event is at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, at Helen Hall Library, 1000 W. Walker, League City.
This event would be of best interest to parents and children because children today are not usually exposed to marionette puppet shows very often," said Bonnie Keith, Helen Hall Library youth services librarian. This is an opportunity for them to learn a lot and be exposed to new and creative things."
The event is appropriate for children ages 3 through 10. Tickets will be distributed 15 minutes before each event. Space is limited.
