How Clear Falls will transition to varsity play

Clear Falls, the newest Clear Creek ISD high school opening in August with freshmen and sophomores, was not included in the recent UIL biennial realignment.
That's due to the Knights being two years away from their first varsity football season (2012), and one year from participating on the varsity level in other sports (2011-12 school year).
In 2010-11, Clear Falls will have freshmen and junior varsity teams before going to varsity in everything but football the following school year.
The Knights expect to come into varsity play as a Class 4A school and will be placed into a district by the UIL prior to 2011-12.
