It's American Heart Month, and Clear Lake Regional Medical Center is making it easy this week to take care of yourself.

Women and Heart Disease seminar: Featuring physician Mohamed Shalaby and heart attack survivor Suzanne Lucas. It's free, and lunch will be served, but reservations are required at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, 888-228-9043.
