NASA astrophysicist lists 4BD in Clear Lake

John V. Shebalin and Phyllis A. McCulley have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 2014 Spring Field Road in Clear Lake for $309,500.

The 2,598-square-foot home was built in 1986 in the Bay Forest subdivision. Judith Rummel of Re/Max Space Center is the listing agent.

Shebalin is an astrophysicist specializing in magnetohydrodynamics and space plasma physics at NASA Johnson Space Center. He is also a visiting professor at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

He received his B.S. and M.S. from Old Dominion University and his Ph.D. from the College of William and Mary. He completed his postdoctoral fellowship at Dartmouth College.
