Subash S. Jayawardena and Ayona M. Dissanayake have listed for sale a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 13902 Winter Harvest Court in Clear Lake for $214,900.

Jayawardena and Dissanayake acquired the property in September 2001. The 2,645-square-foot home in Northfork was built in 1995. Michele Jacobs of the Jacobs Realty Group is the listing agent.

Jayawardena is a staff flow assurance engineer at Shell. He previously served as a research associate in the fluid flow project and the paraffin deposition project at Tulsa University.

He has a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Houston.
