Project director sells 3BD home in South Belt/Ellington
Kelly T. Cuddeback sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 13726 Chancery Road in South Belt/Ellington to Ryan Hunter on March 29.
Cuddeback bought the property in July 2001. The 1,548-square-foot home, built in 1983, is in the Sycamore Valley subdivision.
Cuddeback is an associate project director at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 573 home sales in South Belt/Ellington during the past 12 months.
