Podiatric surgeon sells 4BD home in Clear Lake

Diana Fernandez Dyer and Keith Wallace Dyer bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 17102 Parsley Hawthorne Court in Clear Lake from Dr. Markus A. Giacomuzzi and Lyn E. Giacomuzzi on Feb. 27.

The Giacomuzzis acquired the house in May 2005. The 3,655-square-foot house, built in 1996, is in the Pine Brook subdivision. It is valued at $354,766.

Dr. Giacomuzzi is a physician of podiatric medicine at Texas Gulf Coast Medical Group and a clinical instructor with the Harris County Podiatric Surgical Residency Program of West Houston Medical Center. Previously, he was with the MacGregor Medical Association.

He earned his D.P.M. from William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a podiatric surgical residency at Westside VA Medical Center in Chicago.
