Dien Q. Bui and Chau Kim acquired a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 2726 Lighthouse Drive in Nassau Bay from Ihsan F. Shanti and Alia Al Shisani on Dec. 6.
The 2,825-square-foot house was built in 1990 in the Bal Harbour Cove subdivision and is valued at $258,667.
Bui is a board-certified emergency medicine doctor at Pearland Healthcare Center. Previously, he was an assistant medical director at Memorial Hermann Southeast.
He received his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Houston in 1984 and his M.D. from the Texas Tech School of Medicine. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at Louisiana State University.
Ihsan Shanti is a board-certified anesthesiologist with his own private practice in Houston. Previously, he was a clinical assistant professor at the Baylor College of Medicine.
He earned his M.D. from King Edward Medical College in Pakistan and his Ph.D. in health management from Southwestern University. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at St. Elizabeth Medical Center and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and his fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.
