Skatepark owner gets 5BD in Taylor Lake Village
Eric Visentin and Janine Visentin acquired a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 607 Forest Lake Drive in Taylor Lake Village from Eleanor Waggett Fletcher, Grady W. Fletcher, Barbara Jennings Smith and Gordon Gray Waggett on Dec. 9.
The 3,068-square-foot house was built in 1972 in the Clear Lake Forest subdivision. It is valued at $206,755.
Eric Visentin is the owner of the Southside Skatepark. He previously worked as a production supervisor at Houston Label and Screen Print.
He graduated from the University Houston.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 50 home sales in Taylor Lake Village during the past 12 months.
