Heather Lindsay and Roberto de Cardenas acquired a six-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 15131 Blossom Bay Drive in Clear Lake from Scott D. Lyon on Nov. 23.

The 6,370-square-foot house was built in 1999 in the Bay Oaks subdivision. It is valued at $645,245.

Robert de Cardenas is the director of natural gas trading and marketing at Enterprise Products, an energy production, transportation, and distribution company.

He attended the University of Texas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 552 home sales in Clear Lake during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $157,500.
