Registered architect acquires 3BD in Clear Lake

George F. and Sharon Wojtek Blamire acquired the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2102 Woodside Drive in Clear Lake from Debra S. and Frankie J. Moreno on Jan. 21.

The 2,922-square-foot house was built in 1986 in Bay Forest. The Blamires acquired it in Sept. 2001 from Pauline M. and Ronald O. Maas. It is valued at $313,021.

George Blamire Jr. is a director of corporate real estate and administrative services at Genon, formerly known as Reliant Energy, Inc. He is also a registered architect.

He holds a bachelor's degree in environmental design from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University and earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Houston.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 541 home sales in Clear Lake during the past 12 months with a median sales price of $159,000.
