Todd Whistler and his wife, Laura, transferred a six-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 12207 Courtney Greens Road in South Houston to Roger and Lucille Dalley on Feb. 21.

The Whistlers acquired the property in Dec. 2007, the same year the 3,625-square-foot home in the Ashley Pointe subdivision was built. It is valued at $320,683.

Mr. Whistler is the owner of Architrave Construction & Design, Inc., a custom design and build company in Houston.

He attended Louisiana Tech University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 107 home sales in South Houston during the past 12 months.
