Nora and James H. Belcher acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 14843 Heather Valley Way in Clear Lake from Yolanda D. Coroy and her husband, Albert, on Feb. 24.
The Coroys acquired the 3,051-square-foot home in the Bay Oaks subdivision from Lien and Mark W. Eifert in Aug. 2000. The house was built in 1989 and is valued at $297,866.
Ms. Coroy is a criminal defense lawyer in Houston.
She earned her J.D. from Texas Southern University.
