Estate of Shamrock Oil employee deals 3BD in Clear Lake

The estate of Carl G. Eggert transferred a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 16235 Mill Point Drive in Clear Lake to Mary Grace Wagner on Jan. 21.

The 1,416-square-foot house in the Middlebrook subdivision was built in 1976. It is valued at $118,060.

Mr. Eggert was a retired employee of Diamond Shamrock, an oil-refining and marketing company.

He died in Dec. 2010.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 739 home sales in Clear Lake during the past 12 months.
