NASA imagery manager deals Bay Pointe 3BD

Cailin M. Humphries acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 14014 El Camino Real in Clear Lake from Carlos Fontanot and his wife, Patricia, on Jan. 18.

The Fontanots acquired the 1,787-square-foot home in the Bay Pointe subdivision from Karen and Robert Peter Behr in Aug. 2001. The house was built in 1993 and is valued at $166,130.

Mr. Fontanot is an imagery manager at NASA's Johnson Space Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 686 home sales in Clear Lake during the past 12 months.
