Ronald M. Lipari has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 15823 Scenic View Drive in Clear Lake for $409,000.

Lipari acquired the property from Merrill and Carolyn H. Stiles in Sept. 2005. The 3,321-square-foot home in the Bay Forest subdivision was built in 1986. Susan Maki of Prudential Gary Greene Realtors is the listing agent.

Mr. Lipari is a managing director at Catric Corporation, a provider of consulting, intermediation, and financial services in Houston. He is also president of Bay Forest Capital Corp. He most recently served as a vice president of sales and marketing at United Technologies Fire and Security. He joined United Technologies from NEBC, a mergers and acquisitions firm. Prior to that, he was senior vice president at Vector Security.
