Student services director gets Clear Lake 4BD
Sameer Pande and his wife, Shivalika, acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 14019 Ivy Bluff Court in Clear Lake from Sonyia A. Bost on Dec. 8.
Bost acquired the property from Eric and Susan Buschhorn in Sept. 2003. The 2,080-square-foot home in the Bay Pointe subdivision was built in 1994. It is valued at $178,668.
Mr. Pande is the associate director for intercultural and international student services and an adjunct faculty member in the school of science and computer engineering at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
A graduate of the University of Houston-Clear Lake, he holds a graduate degree in forestry, an M.S. in management information systems and a doctorate in forestry.
Ms. Bost is a corporate controller and interim chief financial officer at Leader Global Technologies, a manufacturer and supplier of fluid sealing products. She most recently served as an interim chief financial officer at GHX Industrial, LLC.
She attended McNeese State University.
