Matid and Norma Salamah acquired a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 18617 Egret Bay Blvd. in Southeast Houston from Symantha Loflin and her husband, Robert, on Nov. 17.

The Loflins acquired the property from Jon and Ivonne Ruggles in May 2007. The 936-square-foot Unit #708 is valued at $72,919. It is part of the Egret Bay Villas development.

Ms. Loflin is an earned valued management constellation program analyst at SGT, Inc. a computer software firm in Houston. She most recently served as a project management specialist at Tietronix Software. Prior to that, she worked as a cost and schedule analyst at Lockheed Martin Mission Services.

She studied finance at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
