Manufacturing exec takes Nassau Bay home
Barry Penney and his wife, Donna, acquired a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 18654 Martinique Drive in Nassau Bay from Collin and Freida Clement on Nov. 16.
The Clements acquired the property from Jeffrey and Earl Young in Dec. 2003. The 3,188-square-foot home, which was built in 1977, is valued at $160,662.
Mr. Penney is a vice president of integrated supply chain at Ascend Performance Materials, a manufacturer of carpeting fibers. He most recently was a vice president of global operations at Cytec. Prior to that, he served as general manager of global operations at Goodyear.
He attended the University of Oklahoma.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 65 home sales in Nassau Bay during the past 12 months.
