Insurance services manager grabs Heritage Park West 4BD

Brook Kemball-Cook and his wife, Gina, acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2702 Beacon Bay Circle in Friendswood from James and Susan L. Dufour on Nov. 22.

The Dufours acquired the 3,299-square-foot home in the Heritage Park West subdivision from Dover Homes Inc. in Feb. 1998. The house was built in 1997 in Heritage Park and is valued at $194,201.

Mr. Kemball-Cook is a field services manager at Stewart Information Services Corp., a company that provides title insurance and related services to the real estate and mortgage industries. He previously was a client services manager and desktop team lead at Stewart Title, a subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp.

He earned his bachelor's degree in history from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
