NASA flight director opts for 4BD in Brookwood

Jerry P. Jason and his wife, Melinda, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 16411 Garden Path Court in Pasadena from Laurence and Lou Ellen Wheeler on Nov. 23.

The 3,405-square-foot house was built in 1991 in the Brookwood subdivision. It is valued at $290,170.

Mr. Jason serves as a flight director at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston. He joined NASA in 1998.

He earned his B.S. in metallurgical engineering at Michigan Tech.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,519 home sales in Pasadena during the past 12 months.
