FHS Lacrosse hosts extravaganza

The 2012 Friendswood High School Lacrosse Extravaganza is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, at the school's Henry Winston Stadium.

The festivities include a pre-game barbecue fundraiser from 1:15-2:30 p.m., including a raffle and silent auction.

The day's games start off at 1 p.m. with the school's junior varsity team squaring off against the Flour Bluff team from Corpus Christi at 1 p.m. The varsity competition kicks off at 3 p.m.

All proceeds from the event are used to support the Friendswood lacrosse team throughout the season.
