Crawfish festival coming to Kemah Boardwalk
Kemah Boardwalk will hold its crawfish festival from noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday, April 14 and noon to 9 p.m. on Sunday April 15 at 215 Kipp Ave.
The event will offer boiled crawfish, live entertainment, shopping, train rides and midway games. Crawfish races will be held 1-4 p.m. on Saturday.
The entertainment will include bands such as Lil Jabb and the Zydeco Soldiers, LT and the Zydeco Mob, Dora and the Zydeco Bad Boys and Curtis Poullard and Creole Zydeco.
Landry's patio will offer crawfish and jazz music by the Road Home Band from 6-10 p.m. on Saturday and 1-5 p.m. on Sunday. Cadillac Bar will also feature live entertainment from 7-11 p.m. on Saturday with the band Collaboration playing funk, jazz, Zydeco, country and more.
