A bargain for Webster pet owners

Registering your pet with the city of Webster usually costs $10, but that fee will be waived if you

Webster pet owners can register their pets with the city for free and get rabies vaccinations for cheap this weekend as part of Pet Health Safety Day.
Local pet service providers will be on hand to answer questions on topics such as kennels, grooming, and spaying and neutering. The Bay Area SPCA will also be at the event, along with dog trainers and a snake handler.
When: 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Jan. 16.
Where: Recreation Center Activity Room, 311 Pennsylvania Ave. in Webster.
Cost: It's free, and Webster residents can save $10 on their pets' annual registration fee. Rabies vaccinations cost $15.
